Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of intrawork.com.au and to any toolkit, guide or resource you purchase or download from it. IntraWork Group Pty Ltd (ABN 35 661 220 748), Warragul, Victoria. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Using this site

This site is provided for information about IntraWork's advisory services and to make its self-serve resources available. The IntraWork Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information you provide.

Buying a toolkit

Strategy in a Box for Business ($997), Strategy in a Box for Not-for-Profits ($497) and Succession in a Box ($1,497) are sold on this basis. All prices include GST. See the self-serve toolkits.

• Delivery. Toolkits are delivered digitally, by an emailed download link, immediately or shortly after payment is confirmed. There is no physical delivery.
• Licence. Buying a toolkit gives your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-organisation licence to use the templates, prompts and frameworks inside it for your own internal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or share the files outside your organisation, and you may not use them to create a competing product or service.
• Ownership. IntraWork retains all intellectual property in the toolkit content. The licence gives you the right to use it; it does not transfer ownership.

Refunds

Nothing in this section excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing here is intended to do so. The consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded.

• Change of mind. Because a toolkit is a digital product delivered by download, we do not offer a refund for a change of mind once the files have been downloaded or the download link has been sent. Please review the toolkit description on its own page before buying.
• Faulty or not as described. If a toolkit is faulty, cannot be downloaded, or is materially not as described on its page, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the problem, that may be a replacement file, a fix, or a refund. Contact us at admin@intrawork.com.au and we will resolve it promptly.
• How to request a remedy. Email admin@intrawork.com.au with your order details and a description of the problem. We will respond to refund and remedy requests within 2 business days.

Free resources

The AI Starter Guide, the AI Prompting Guide for Business and the Grant-Ready Vault are free and delivered by email after you submit the form on the resource's page. They are provided on the basis that you give accurate contact details when requesting them, and for your own organisation's internal use. Ticking the newsletter box on that form adds you to our mailing list; you can unsubscribe at any time (see "Marketing emails" below).

Marketing emails

If you opt in to the newsletter, we send marketing emails through Mailchimp on a single opt-in basis: you start receiving emails once you tick the box, without a separate confirmation step. Every marketing email carries a working unsubscribe link, in line with the Spam Act 2003. You can also unsubscribe by emailing admin@intrawork.com.au.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again, or for goods, replacing or repairing them or paying the cost of doing so.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page is the version date.
