This is the same strategic planning methodology IntraWork uses with advisory clients —
adapted for commercial contexts. We have packaged the full workflow — the prompts, the
templates, and the guidance — into a self-serve product so that a small-to-medium or
owner-operated business can build a strategy that holds up to leadership, investor, and
lender scrutiny.
You do not need to be a strategist to use this. You do need to commit the time, gather the
evidence, and follow the process. The structure is here. The thinking is yours.
WHAT YOU WILL PRODUCE.
By the end of the ten-prompt workflow, you will have:
A leadership-ready business strategy, presented as a 20–25 slide PowerPoint document, ready
for leadership review and external sharing. The template is included with this product.
A Commercial Strategy document in Word — the full-length narrative version of your strategy, suitable for investors, lenders, and your leadership team. The template is included.
A Growth Indicators Framework, structured as a working spreadsheet that becomes your live monitoring tool throughout the life of the plan. This template is also included.
A Working Document — your scratch file containing every detailed AI output from the workflow. It becomes the evidence trail you refer back to during implementation.
The strategy you produce is growth-led and outcomes-measured. It is the same architecture used in funded advisory engagements, adapted for a commercial context. It is not a generic business plan template. It is a specific type of strategy, built to direct decisions rather than describe activity.
The product is yours to use indefinitely. You can run the workflow once for your current strategy, or come back and run it again at the end of your planning cycle. Many businesses run a refreshed version every two to three years.
